How to collect winnings

When the manager detects you have won, it will indicate this in the main window by showing a gold coin icon.

For the manager to keep track of winnings you collect, you need to select the collect option for the gamble.

The first task in entering the details of any collection you have made is to tell the manager when you collected the winnings.

You may collect as soon as you win, or you may take a week or two, and this may affect the number of draws that have passed, and those you are collecting against. If you enter a date that is later than the draw results you have entered, or the gamble needs to check against, then you will not be able to go onto the next stage.

Above we have entered a collection date and time for a Sunday evening. This is valid and there are no draws without results, so you may continue to the prize value entry window.

In this case we played an entry with lots of lines to ensure we had wins to collect against. Each of the prize types we have matched requires a prize value to be entered.

With the prize values entered for this particular draw select OK and the game will ask you if the total collected is correct.

Once collected upon the credit values of the playing members will be updated, and in this case, because the gamble has had all prizes collected, the gold coin icon is now gone.
