How to enter draw results
Firstly you need to select the game you want to update the draw results for. Selecting any of the games activates the relevant buttons and menu items for the game, and you can select the "Game|Update..." menu item. A faster way is to right click the game and select update from the menu.
The image above is using the syndicate and gamble created in the previous guides. The missing draw data is for a Wednesday draw, and as our gamble "Lotto, example play." is playing that draw, it is indicating that a draw for that gamble has passed. The lotto game itself also has an icon to show it's data is not up to date.
Selecting the update menu item leads you to the update form, and will be set to the last draw that has passed.
You can select other draws by selecting a draw date, or by entering a draw number. You can also use the up/down control to traverse through the draws.
Go to the first edit box for the numbers and start entering the results. You can press return to tab between edit boxes, and when you have your numbers entered, you need to press the "Store Numbers" button.
If you need to enter more than one draw result, you select the draw and do the same. When you are done (remember you need to store the numbers) you can select "OK" and you're done.
The image below shows now that the game is up to date, and that the gamble no longer needs any more results to check itself against. Unfortunately it is not indicating that we've won. If we had a win, we'd see a gold coin icon.
Hide window when updating
Normally we get our results from an internet source rather than the TV show. In order to make this more convenient we have the option of hiding the main window when we update the results. We find this helpful as we normally have the LSMC window maximised, and do not want it in the way as we update from a web page.
If this option is not set, you can change the applications options to do just this.
When in the options form, you check the "Hide main window when updating games" and then confirm with the OK button.
