How to pay in members' subs

You'll need to do this if you created your syndicate with members' credit amounts of zero. You also need to update the manager each time you collect money from your members.

Start by selecting to pay in subs either by the button or menu item.

Select to pay in subs

Enter the amount into the form and confirm, and you'll then see that all active members have their credits increased. Simple.

Simple isn't it

Below you can see that the credit values have all been increased. All members are active.

What if you want to miss someone from the subs payment?

Someone is on holiday or sick from work and you don't get their subs payment. What you do in this situation is up to you. Obviously you can pay on their behalf and so credit them in the manager (you can make a note in their details). Alternatively you may suspend them. Suspending a member removes them from the subs payment method above, and also omits them from any new gambles you create. Unless they have enough credit in the syndicate, they will not be able to share in your new gamble(s).

An alternative (although poorer option in our minds) is to select all members bar the member who has failed to pay, then credit those members by right clicking any of them and selecting the "Credit..." menu option, (or use the "Syndicate|Member|Credit..." menu item). Then when you create any new gambles you must select only those players playing, ie you miss the failed payer.

The first method is much simpler, and leaves LSMC to sort the details. You suspend a member by right clicking them and selecting suspend (or select them and use the "Syndicate|Member|Suspend" menu item).
