This update improves the appearance of the application on later versions of windows.
To check if you need this update you should check the current version you are using. To do this start LSMC and select the Help|About menu item. If your version is earlier than v3.1, you should update.
This update to the manager is part of a complete update to the whole application package, so you should go to the Downloads page and download the application installer.
